Marketing Coordinator (Montreal, Quebec)

Job Summary
As Marketing Coordinator you will serve as an expert directly interfacing with the customer to help guide their experience with our product, at the same time as interfacing with the internal team to communicate customer feedback. This role includes maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities, assisting sales and customer success with their activities, plan and assist with events, and manage company and product’s social media. You will be reporting to the VP of Product and Business development. In this multi-functional role, you can have a high level of influence within LATYS, as a result of interfacing with the Sales/Marketing, Hardware Development, and Product Development teams. Job Description
Orchestrate the logistics for a sales event, including but not limited to preparing sales documentation such as product brochures, presentations, etc.
Market research into existing and new markets
Collaboratively unblocking work for sales and sales support teams.
Design, organise, and distribute presentations and other marketing related activities
Meticulously take application notes, from customer interactions by sales and sales support to communicate to internal development teams.
Plan and organize sales calls, visits, events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Interface with clients and partners as the social media coordinator for LATYS.
Running the office, accepting in coming and outgoing materials for customers.
Assist the company with grant applications and non-dilutive funding, were applicable.
Work on new projects and/or assignments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication, English is a must and bilingual (French and/or German) is an asset.
· Define and breakdown a problem and then take initiative to execute on a plan to find solutions to said problems.
· Experience in individual contributor marketing or customer-facing marketing roles.
· Experience coordinating with Chinese suppliers and understanding of wireless certification processes.
· Familiarity with Wi-Fi protocols and terminology is preferred.
Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo), productivity tools (Office Suite, SharePoint), and project management software (Trello).
Experience developing customer relationships, preferred experience specific to Wi-Fi related technology.
Excel in working in multi-disciplinary teams (across technical to sales), in a fast-paced startup environment.
